SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to customer-care text messages sent by MTC Studios LLC through its MTC Lead Systems HVAC demonstration workflow. The program demonstrates lead responses and sample appointment scheduling. MTC Studios LLC does not dispatch HVAC technicians through this demo, and no real service appointment is booked. SMS is currently simulated and will be enabled only after approval and configuration. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms

After you voluntarily submit the MTC Lead Systems — HVAC Demo Request form and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, MTC Studios LLC may send messages acknowledging your request, asking sample HVAC qualification questions, demonstrating sample scheduling or confirmation, providing customer support, and responding to your replies. These are customer-care and transactional messages, not unsolicited marketing messages.

Opt-In and Consent

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our web form and checking the separate, optional, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting. No text-keyword subscription is offered; consent is collected through the web form. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit the demo request or make a purchase. Do not provide a phone number that you do not own or have authority to use.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates and terms apply.

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. To receive messages again, you must opt in again.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and be authorized to use the mobile number provided.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date above indicates the latest revision. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
